A Winter wedding at Healey Barn
A cosy February barn wedding in the Northumberland countryside at Healey Barn.
Kicking off 2024 wedding season with the lovely Lauren & Zoe at Healey Barn!
When I met Lauren & Zoe they explained that they’d have the same bridal party and they’d be getting ready together, and that they’d be walking down the aisle together. I loved this idea. It sounded so fun to share the wedding morning excitement with one another!
Lauren & Zoe had their hair and makeup done at a salon just down the street from their home. It was a gloriously sunny morning and the sunshine poured into the salon. It no doubt added to the good vibes of the morning. All of the girls shared some bubbles and soaked up the exciting atmosphere before heading back to Lauren & Zoe’s to get dressed.
Healey Barn is known for it’s beautiful ceremony space which boasts traditional barn features as well as a refined luxury feel. The detail in this venue is second to none and the way that you are looked after by the staff is at such a high level, even for me as a supplier. All of the guests excitedly made their way to their seats and waited for the bridal party with anticipation. It was lovely to see everyone make their way down the aisle followed by Lauren & Zoe. They looked simply stunning together.
After a lovely ceremony we utilised the courtyard for confetti before a quick group shot of the whole wedding party before we were blessed with a rain shower. Thankfully it was just a shower, and we could then continue with group shots and portraits outside.
The wedding breakfast took place in the most beautiful setting with lovely personalised decoration by Lauren & Zoe. Speeches were had in between courses of a delicious 3 course meal. The main course was one of the yummiest I’ve had at a Wedding yet!
The evening consisted of a lot of dancing, pizza making & sparklers! I had so much fun capturing this gorgeous day.
