A Day to Celebrate Love, Laughter, and Pizza
Anna and Sam first met me at a family wedding, and it was such an honor when they decided to book me for their special day. Their vision was clear from the start: a small, informal wedding with their closest friends and family, filled with joy and free from the pressures of traditional formalities.
The day began with a heartfelt ceremony at North Tyneside Register Office. Afterward, we moved on to Tynemouth Cricket Club, where the party kicked off. With perfect weather for an outdoor gathering, guests enjoyed delicious food from the iconic Scream for Pizza van, plenty of drinks, and dancing late into the night.
Relaxed Wedding Photography in Tynemouth
Anna and Sam weren’t keen on overly posed photos—they wanted their wedding captured naturally, reflecting the relaxed atmosphere of the day. However, I always believe every couple deserves a few portraits that showcase their unique connection.
We made use of the stunning balcony at the register office for a few elegant shots, while Tynemouth Cricket Club provided fun and lively backdrops. The highlight for me? Convincing them to brave the cold, windy weather for a quick trip to the coast. Those ten minutes resulted in some of my all-time favorite photos, with the dramatic coastal scenery adding a special touch to their portraits.
