Now what?
You’ve received your gallery, and you’ve loved every minute reliving your dream day with your partner. It’s a lovely bubble to be in!
Below is a little guide to help you make the most of your photos, and some ideas for what you might like to do next…
Firstly, here’s what not to do…
Screenshot your gallery. Your gallery contains high-resolution images designed to look their best. Taking a screenshot can reduce the image quality, resulting in a lower-resolution version. For the clearest, highest-quality results, I recommend downloading the image instead.
Share commercially. Your contract includes usage rights for personal use of the images, but not for commercial use. If you’d like to discuss commercial usage please get in touch. You can find more details about your image rights in a section below.
Send your images to suppliers. I’m happy to share your gallery directly with your listed suppliers, and I always explain the image usage terms to them. If a supplier contacts you requesting photos, just let me know first and I’ll take care of it for you.
Edit your photos. Your photos have been carefully curated and edited in my signature style. To keep everything consistent with what you received, additional editing (including social media filters) isn’t included under the terms of your contract.
How to use your online gallery
When you click through to your gallery via your email you’ll be greeted with a cover page. Scroll down from here, and you’ll notice a header tab, just like the image below. This is where you’ll navigate to the different sections of your gallery, as well as your shop and some other tools.
Each individual image can be favourited, downloaded and shared when you hover over the image or click to open the image. You’ll be able to access all of your favourited images via the heart icon on the toolbar pictured above.
You can also download the gallery in full, search for key moments and people, or forward images using the icons on the toolbar.
If you have purchased an album with me directly I would highly suggest using the heart icon to select your image choices for your wedding album. You can then review your selection when you click into your favourites.
You can visit the gallery shop by navigating to it on the toolbar. Here you can find a number of print products, and you might get a cheeky discount on your first wedding anniversary too…
Please, please, please download your full gallery and store it in multiple places. Your online gallery will be live for 1 year only. I’d suggest 2 copies in 2 different places.
Your image rights…
As per your contract with me, the copyright of the images sit with me and you have usage to use them personally. This means you can share them with your friends and family, you can post them on your socials, you can put them on your wall, you can create a wedding day album. Anything like this.
However, without prior discussion or permission the images are not to be used by yourselves commercially, or for any financial gain.
I will share your gallery with the suppliers listed for your wedding day, and I will explain to them their image usage rights.
For any suppliers that chase you for images please gently direct them my way, so that they can be educated on how to use the images correctly and legally.

Thank you cards, a framed photo for Christmas, heirloom wedding albums for your parents, anniversary prints, the list is endless for ways you can gift your gallery.
You’ll also receive a first wedding anniversary discount code for your shop.
Show your vendors some love!
If you loved working with your chosen vendors the best thank you you could give them is a glowing review. Reviews are phenomenal for small businesses. Not only do we gain more credibility, but it gives other couples real feedback to review, which goes such a long way in someone’s planning process!
If you do want to gift your suppliers, a simple thank you card goes a long way. If you want to go further than that I would say gift cards for restaurants or coffee shops are perfect, as are flowers, or something yummy through their letterbox.
