Photographing a Wedding at South Causey Inn Farm House

This County Durham farm house venue is part of the popular South Causey Inn, a much loved pub venue in the Beamish Valley. The Farm House is the newest addition to the venue. The cosy and rustic interiors bring so much character to this venue, its a must-see if you’re planning a countryside wedding.

To the back of the house is the most incredible view over the rolling hills. It made a fantastic background for group shots and portraits. A storm rolled in for the evening at Holly & Rob’s wedding, but I managed to quickly get ten minutes of sunset with Holly & Rob before they went for their first dance. And the golden Summer sun on that view was magic! You might even spot some deer!

Holly & Rob were gorgeous together, and it was so clear that they loved the bones of each other. The day was so full of happiness and joy, it was almost glowing in the room during speeches. Holly looked incredible in her dress. I adore the photos of her getting into it in the loft bedroom with her mum and sisters. A gorgeous gorgeous day!
