Whalton Manor Gardens Wedding Venue in Northumberland
Now this is a wedding I could photograph over and over again.
Firstly, Rachel and Tristan were my ideal couple. Relaxed, laid-back and calm. The day was paired back yet so elegant. Rachel got ready at her parents home in Jesmond. It was the perfect spot for an easy-going morning, where brunch could be served and everyone could have their own space. Rachel chose a simple yet striking dress from Mrs W Bridal. It had two layers to it, meaning it moved in an effortless way with every step. It fitted her like a glove and she looked sensational.
They chose Whalton Manor Gardens for their reception venue, and they married in the local village church. It was so traditional and quaint, but with the perfect amount of space for everyone to squeeze in. We spent 5 minutes for some photos outside of the church before we headed off to the gardens. I love the photos so much!
Whalton Manor Gardens is a countryside wedding dream. It’s walled gardens are perfectly kept and provide a secluded haven for your reception, not to mention a fantastic backdrop for your photos. The most incredible seasonal flowers decorated the perimeter of the perfectly trimmed lawns, and the marquee sat nestled in the next garden along. Guests enjoyed drinks and garden games under the enormous tree, and sheltered from a shower or two. It was a real treat to photograph a wedding in such a beautiful place. There was such a quiet luxury and romance to it.
I would recommend this luxury outdoor Northumberland venue to anyone in a heartbeat! More garden weddings please!
