Jesmond Dene House Wedding Venue in Newcastle upon Tyne

Hannah and Callum had to make a decision that no couple wants to do just weeks before their date. They had to change their wedding venue.

During the panic and upset Hannah rang Jesmond Dene House, but surely they wouldn’t have a key summer date available? Well, the stars aligned and they did have the date available due to a cancellation. Now that is fate if you ask me!

And do you know what, I don’t think I could have envisioned this day anywhere else. Jesmond Dene House was the perfect location for their Summer wedding. Jesmond Dene House is a historic and classic venue nestled on the edge of Jesmond Dene, with incredible architectural features and 5 star service. Thankfully, the weather was stunning and guests could make use of the beautiful fully bloomed garden, and we could head into Jesmond Dene itself for some post-dinner portraits. The mix of architecture and nature felt so unique!

Hannah and Callum got ready at Hotel Du Vin just up the road in Newcastle, and the warm tones and natural light from both venues matched perfectly. Quite a different view from the hotel, but still a gem of a view! And one that reflected home.

Hannah looked exceptionl and I loved her boho edge to her details. Callum looked very sharp, and the colours of the florals tied them both together.

It was a really gorgeous day with so much personality and a lot of happy guests. Perfect!
