Emma & Mark | Branxholm Park | North East Wedding Photographer
This was my second time at Branxholm Park and this time it was for a Summer Wedding. Branxholm Park is one of my most favourite venues I have been to, it is such a unique place nestled in the beautiful Scottish borders. The building is yours and yours only on your Wedding day, which makes your day feel remote & exclusive. The interiors are stunning, showcasing farmhouse chic with a quirky feel, and every room is unique. Honestly everywhere you turn there is something amazing to look at!
Emma & Mark got in touch with me after their plans for a Wedding abroad had to change due to the pandemic. They were really gutted, but explained to me that they had found this venue local to them and they had planned a small Wedding there instead. Of course I immediately told them how incredible the venue was, and after a visit they were so excited to be getting married there.
I am always blown away by how much my couples seem to adore the bones of each other, and Mark and Emma were no exception. It is just magic to see. It was an emotional ceremony and the speeches got everyone crying I’m sure. Mark gifted Emma a stunning opal ring which is something she had always wanted, and her reaction to it was so special. They were absolute naturals in front of the camera and I just love so many of the portraits I got of them.
This Wedding boasted personality with Mark and his groomsmen wearing kilts and Emma rocking a leather jacket in the evening. Both looked unreal 😍
I arrived at the end of Bridal prep to catch some special moments with Emma before she headed out to marry the love of her life Mark outside. Thank you so much guys for having me with to capture your special day ❤️
